Alan Julius Obituary, Death – At the age of 77, Allan Julius of Omaha passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at the Esprit Whispering Ridge Memory Care facility located in Omaha. His wife Kathryn, his parents Corbett and Geraldine, his sister Marge Legg, and his brothers Jim and Lynn all passed away before him.
He was predeceased by all of these people. Allan is survived by: wife, Nancy: sons, Mark Julius and Jack (Maggie) Holmes; daughters, Marci (John) Franzen and Micki (Matt) Ambridge; grandchildren, Saxon, Kayla, Leila, Caitlin, Ellie, Charlotte, Max, Sophie, Thomas and Lucy; brother, Mike Julius and Bruce Porter; sister, Jan (Denny) Flaherty; sisters-in-law, Nancy Julius and Patty Julius; brother-in-law, Budd Legg.
Allan received his education at Northwest Missouri State University and afterwards spent many years working as a bankruptcy specialist for the Internal Revenue Service. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, reading, and observing birds in addition to playing bridge and reading. St. Croix Hospice was able to provide Allan with the high-quality medical care that he required while he was staying at Esprit Whispering Ridge.
