Briana Ballesteros Car Accident, Death – The victim of a rollover accident that occurred on Thursday morning in Fairfield has been identified as a Vacaville woman. It was confirmed that she was the person who was killed in the accident after it was determined that she was the victim of the accident.
Officials from the Solano County Coroner’s Office have identified the victim as a female and given her the name Briana Ballesteros. The age of Briana Ballesteros was 26 at the time. The accident reportedly took place on northbound Peabody Road just north of Chuck Hammond Drive just before 5:05 a.m. on the morning of the incident, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
An initial inquiry found that the woman’s vehicle had veered off the path for reasons that are now unknown, that she then attempted to overcorrect, and that as a consequence of her actions, the vehicle rolled over multiple times. According to the statements made by the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the woman was thrown out of the moving vehicle because she was not wearing a seatbelt when the accident occurred. It was determined that she had passed away at the spot where she was located when she was found.
Following an inquiry, it was determined that operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs did not play a part in the accident. The investigation into the events leading up to the incidence is continuing at this moment but has not yet been completed.
