Obituary

Dennis Kane Obituary, Death – Dennis M. Kane, a lifelong Wakefield resident who passed away at the age of 64 on Thursday, passed away unexpectedly. He was a loving husband to Suzanne (Archambault) Kane for their whole marriage. His parents, Michael G. Kane and Betty Ann (Hogan) Kane, had both died before he was born in Providence, Rhode Island. Mr. Kane spent his whole working life as an elementary school teacher in the Chariho School System.

He was an incredibly patriotic American with a strong urge to serve his country, but circumstances beyond his control stopped him from doing so in the armed forces. He desperately wanted to do something to help his country, but he couldn’t. They had two daughters, Adrien Blaine and her husband Douglas of Warwick, and Alison Ward and her husband James of Narragansett, all of whom survive him along with his wife. His wife is also still alive and well. Further, he has three grandkids named Michael Ward, Noah Blaine, and Nathan Ward.
