Don Buchwald Obituary, Death – We are saddened to inform you of the recent demise of Don “Bucky” Buchwald, a longtime member of our firehouse who was a pillar in both our firehouse and the community. The news of his passing is something we are passing along to you. He was someone who belonged to our firehouse as well as the community at large.
Don “Bucky” Buchwald had been a part of our firehouse for a significant amount of time prior to his departure. Because of the circumstances, we do not have any other option than to proceed in this manner, despite the fact that doing so fills us with an overwhelming sense of regret. Don has been a member for the past 33 years, and throughout that time, he has continuously exhibited a readiness to offer aid in any condition that may come.
During this time, he has also demonstrated a willingness to offer support in any circumstance that may arise. Our deepest condolences go out to Jude, Stevie, and Erin, as well as to their children, Lia and Asher, who provided the greatest source of happiness and pride for their grandfather throughout his life. Please accept our sincere condolences and sentiments of sympathy in the same spirit in which they were offered. We are very sorry for your loss.
