Jeff Mitchell Obituary, Death – On May 12, Pastor Jeff Mitchell was taken from this world unexpectedly. He had been married to his wife Shelley for 31 years, and the couple had 10 children and 9 grandchildren. Shelley is the only member of the family to have survived. Additionally, Shelley was his caregiver throughout his life. More than 22 years have passed since Jeff was called to serve as the pastor of the Harbor City Baptist Church in Melbourne, Florida.
His time spent serving in that capacity spans the entirety of the church’s existence. He had a great love for the Lord, as well as a strong need to spread the Good News, to assist those who were less fortunate, and to attract everyone’s attention to Jesus Christ. He helped those who were less fortunate and drew everyone’s attention to Jesus Christ. In every respect, Jeff embodied the qualities of a Shepherd by looking out for the people who had put their trust and dependence in him.

We are thankful to the Lord for his provision in the shape of Pastor Jeff since he has been a godly example for his family, church, and community. In other words, we express gratitude to the Lord for providing Jeff. The departure of Pastor Jeff will be a disappointing event for everyone associated with the church. On the other hand, we are looking forward to the possibility of spending more time with him in the near future and are quite excited about this prospect.
