Jeffrey Welage Car Accident, Death –  On Thursday evening, there was a hit-and-run accident that took place on a street in the central business district of St. Paul. The driver of the vehicle that caused the accident did not stop at the scene. The occurrence took place in the late afternoon of that day. This incident directly caused injury to one individual who was walking in the area.

A man who has been identified as Jeffrey Welage was killed in an incident that took place on the eastbound lanes of Interstate 94 at Jackson Street at approximately 10:55 p.m., as stated by the State Patrol. The location of the incident is at the intersection of Jackson Street. Jackson Street was the location of the crash, which took place at a junction there.
