On Monday, May 22nd, 2023, Lynn Maisch passed away due to an illness. She was a pillar in the culture of surfing that exists here on the South Coast, and she was a tremendously significant figure in big surfing events in the past, such as the Gunston 500. She was also a competitor in major surfing competitions. A short while ago, Lynne died away.
We owe Lynn a debt of gratitude for everything that she has done in this regard, and she will be lovingly remembered by each and every one of us here because of everything she has done to contribute to the growth of the sport of surfing.
