Mickey Geller Obituary, Death – As we share the news of the demise of our favourite son, Micky Geller, we are overcome with sadness. He was pleased to compete and win medals for team Canada as a member of the Junior National Waterski squad. In the U21 Jump, Micky was ranked sixth in the world, and he adored taking off from the ramp.
His early years were devoted in gymnastics, after which he switched to rock climbing and water skiing. Micky loved spending time with his close friends, riding motorcycles and snowmobiles, engaging in serious discussions and arguments, and simply hanging out. Micky lived life at full speed for 18 years, experiencing more than most people will in a lifetime. He was only beginning to scratch the surface of the opportunities that lay ahead.
Simply because Micky loved so freely, he was actually adored by a lot of people. The qualities that will last about our kid are his capacity for empathy, passion, courage, strength, drive, and discipline. In addition to his parents Bobbiann and Mitch, sister Chloe, grandparents Mary Ann and Bob Cormack, Bob and Lynn Macpherson, Larry Geller, and the late Nancy Geller, as well as a large number of aunts, uncles, relatives, friends, and teammates whom he adored, Micky is also survived by his dogs Sandy and Daisy.
