In the wee hours of this morning, Dr. Richard Warren “Pete” Meador passed away peacefully in the company of his family in the house they shared in Medicine Lodge. His death was peaceful and easy. He didn’t pass away until the early hours of the morning, when the vast majority of people are still asleep at that time of day.
He was in the company of the people who had been the primary focus of the majority of his attention and care during the course of his life.
