Samuel Waters Shooting, Death – It has been determined that Samuel P. Waters, who was 23 years old at the time of his death, was the individual who was shot and killed in the city of Mansfield early on Saturday morning. This information was supplied by the Office of the District Attorney for Bristol County, which was made available to the public. When local officials arrived in the neighborhood of 42 West Church Street at approximately 11:11 a.m. to assist with the ongoing investigation into the killing that had been reported there, they sought assistance from the Massachusetts State Police and homicide investigators from Bristol County.
This was done to aid with the investigation into the homicide that had been reported there. Officers from the Mansfield Police Department saw Waters while he was in a hurt state and lying on the ground. Waters was lying on the ground. The District Attorney has stated that there is currently one person being held in connection with the homicide of Waters; however, this person has not yet been formally charged with a felony as of the time of this writing.
According to the statements made by the District Attorney, there is only one individual who is now being detained in connection with the murder of Waters. The office of the district attorney has reached the conclusion that there is no reasonable foundation for the concept that the general public is in any kind of risk.
